Roles and Responsibility :

Job Responsibilities: 


·         Handling the recruitment process from sourcing till joining of the candidate.

·         Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.

·         Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job portals etc.

·         Source candidates by using databases, job portals, social media etc.

·         Screen candidate’s resumes and job applications.

·         Conduct interviews to filter candidates.

·         Arranging interviews and follow- up.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


The recruiting, interviewing and screening responsibilities can be further broken down by daily job duties, which include-

·         Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter  

·         Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles

·          Basic knowledge of Job portals and Sites.

·         Basic computer knowledge.

·         Ability to multi-task.

·          Self-motivated and able to prioritize and work independently.

·         Ability to interact and effectively work with others in a team environment.

·         Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills
