Roles and Responsibility :

Preferred Candidate

 

·           Sound product knowledge for Digital Transformation in the retail sector. Sound knowledge around selling solution in the retail domain would be expected

·           Knowledge of other Digital Transformation solutions and techniques would be an added advantage  

·           Strong exposure into service offerings, sales & IT market

·           Proven competencies in handling large customers and closing large size deals

·           Sharp, Dynamic and ability to think quickly

 

Roles and Responsibilities

 

·           Achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly target as per business and organization's goals

·           Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and prepare regular forecasts to enable effective forward planning to achieve the targets

·           Increase wallet share within existing accounts/clients maximizing of service mix with new accounts

·           Should have the ability to work cooperatively in a team & proactive temperament

·           Selling of Infrastructure solutions/ Product

·           Market Evaluation for New Business Opportunities

·           Sales & Business development, evaluating market for new business opportunities

·           Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts

·           Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base

·           Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

·           Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives

·           Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

·           Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
