Roles and Responsibility :

Technical Skills:-

·         Should be only from Mutual fund domain

·         should have experience into customer support and client coordination

 

Job Description:-

 

·         Responsible for maintaining relationship with client

·         Addressing tickets resolved & closed in timely manner with proper resolution

·         Responsible end-to-end status of the ticket and eventually in quality customer service

·         Understanding the client queries and responds through mail effectively

·         Respond to client quires and issues about AMU , portfolio management , client database , software quires , add on services

·         Maintaining tickets record , MIS reports and individual performance reports.

·         No Call center or BPO profile purly into corporate support
