Roles and Responsibility :

·         Manage the daily operations of existing as well as newly acquired accounts.

·         Define and initiate projects, schedule and performance of projects while working to ensure the ultimate success and acceptance of the Digital Strategy for the brand.

·         Managing client’s Google analytics for measuring incremental impact in unique visitors, page views and funnel analysis.

·         Successfully increasing client website visibility & traffic through Organic searches & SMO activities.

·         Maintaining day-to-day contact with internal team for SEM, SEO, SMO & Media Buying Campaigns.

·         Understanding client goals and agency deliverables.

·         Generating business from fresh clients through research and clientele. Also, creating, maintaining and enhancing relationships with all clients.

·         Monitoring the accounts throughout the life cycle for campaign performance, new business opportunities, client retention and nurturing.

·         To service accounts after sales, maintain relation with existing clients and generate business through renewals.

·         Creative thinking, analytical and proble solving. Strong interpersonal and Communication Skills. Ability to collaborate effectively.

·         Ability to manage projects to successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines. Sound business acumen, strategic skills and negotiation skills.
