Roles and Responsibility :

Job Responsibilities

·         Manages the paid team while assisting day-to-day campaign execution.

·         Owns all aspects of campaign management from the initial planning, brainstorming, utilization of 3rd party tools/resources to building out reporting templates and optimizations.

·         Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals.

·         Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels.

·         Support the generation of new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives.

·         Responsible for billing reconciliation management.

·         Evaluates provided proposals and makes initial recommendations.

·         Maintains daily budget sheets; identity/addresses red flags.

·         Handles reporting requirements as needed.

·         Communicates to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.

·         Ad hoc duties as needed.


·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

·         2-3 years of experience in Paid (Google Ads, Social or Programmatic Media)

·         Agency experience preferred

·         Significant Microsoft Excel

·         Good understanding of tracking, optimization and reporting tools.

·         Understands campaign objectives/strategy and able to present an insight in reports to clients as well as field/anticipate questions.

·         Comprehensive understanding & successful application data & insights.

Professional Skills & Qualifications

·           No less than 2 years’ experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC).

·           Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

·           Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.

·           Experience working with popular PPC ad platforms (Google AdWords,)

·           Proficiency in managing moderate to large scale PPC accounts in a variety of different business verticals.

·           AdWords / Bing certification.
