Roles and Responsibility :

 

Job Description / Responsibilities

 

·         We are looking for a talented and competitive Business development officer that will help us to grow business in terms of revenue and output.

·         Involves market and field work daily.

·         Close the lead and achieve the monthly target.

·         Looking for candidates interested in Sales and Marketing Domain.

·         Strong selling and persuasion skills

·         Some experience in sales shall be preferred

·         Timely achievement of primary and secondary target

·         New distributor appointment and follow up

 

Required Candidate profile

 

Desired profile of the candidate

·         Customer focus and the ability to look at operations from the customers perspective.

·         Proven success in developing and out of the box sales strategies.

·         Excellent verbal and oral communication skills

·         Knowledge of FMCG sales Industry a plus                

·         High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

·         End to end closing customer ability

 

Extras -

·         He would be travelling in the central lines from Cuffe Parade to Thane

·         Should have knowledge of consumer goods, edible oils.

·         Experience in channel and distribution sales.

·         FMCG background.
