Roles and Responsibility :

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

·         Make multiple outbound calls to potential clients

·         Share information about company/product & answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions

·         Meet all quotas/Targets assigned for inside sales

·         Facilitate future sales by creating and nurturing long-term client relationships and ensuring repeated business through multiple transactions

·         Close sales and lead customer through the transaction process

·         Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support

·         Maintain a record of calls through CRM system

·         Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources

·         Create and maintain a list/database of prospect clients

·         Work with the sales team to close sales

·         Cold call potential sales leads

 

Desired Skills and Experience:

 

·         Previous experience in the outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred

·         Ability to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines

·         Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close

·         In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry

·         Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential customer
